However, if you don’t feel confident using a computer, or simply don’t wish to update your website yourself, then why not take advantage of our website management services.

Website Management Packages

We’ve recently revised our website management packages to make sure we can offer the ultimate in flexibility and value for money. We realise that not all businesses need to make regular changes to their website so we’ve introduced a credit system allowing you to spread amendments to your site throughout the year. Check out our different maintenance options below:

Updater Lite

This option is perfect for small sites that may only require occasional updates.

• 300 credits - this equates to 5 hours work on your website throughout the year (maximum 1 hour in any 1 month)
• Changes made within 7 days
• Get 150 (2½ hours worth) FREE credits when you host your website with us or renew your annual hosting
• £250 + VAT annually (equivalent to just over £20 per month!)

Bronze Updater

Do you require more regular updates to your website? This could be the package for you!

• 1 hours worth of design work or updates to your site each month
• Changes made to your site within 7 days
• Monthly link checking
• Monthly search engine position updates with analysis against your top 3 competitors
• £540 + VAT annually (SAVE £60 against are standard hourly rate!)

Silver Updater

Perhaps you run an ecommerce website or wish to update your site more regularly with news articles? Our silver package could be more suitable for you.

• 2 hours work on your site each month. This can include design work, image manipulation, banner creation or updates to existing pages.
• Monthly link checking
• Monthly search engine position updates with analysis against your top 3 competitors
• 48 hour express turnaround time
• Uptime monitoring for service critical websites. Get alerts by email and SMS if your site goes offline (applies to website hosted by Armitage Online Solutions only)
• Bi-annual reviews of your websites performance
• £960 + VAT annually (SAVE £240 on our standard hourly rate!)

Ultimate Support

If you’re looking for more than our support packages listed above, then our Ultimate support package should satisfy the most pro-active of website owners. This includes the options in our Silver Updater and the following additional services

• 5 hours of monthly updates to your site or additional design work
• Quarterly performance reviews
• Free email newsletter template creation and 12 email newsletters (maximum 1 per month) with full client tracking
• 24 free stock images
• Same day updates where feasible
• £2160 + VAT annually (SAVING at least £840 on our standard hourly rate!)

Content Management Websites

Our content management websites are customised for each client to make updating their site as simple and painless as possible.
