Due to essential server updates required, customers using our hosted Exchange email solution will be unable to access the service from 1800 hrs on Friday 22nd May 2009 until 0600 hrs on Saturday 23rd May 2009 (12 hours).
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, however this work is essential to maintain our high levels of security and future availability of the service.
The service will be powered down at 18:00 on Friday 22nd May 2009. No e-mails can be received or sent from your hosted Exchange mailbox during this time, this includes BlackBerry and other mobile devices.
The service will be restored at 06:00 on Saturday 23rd May 2009. At this point, you will be able to send and receive e-mails from your hosted exchange mailbox and log into the control panel in the normal way – no configuration changes are required as part of this work.
Additional work will continue throughout the Bank Holiday weekend, however this will not have a direct impact on your service availability. If you require alternative arrangements to ensure you can send/receive email during this maintenance window, please contact us.
